conditioning has been completed.

Speed Training from
Ocean Speed Camp at Patriot Field This July, beginning July
13th, Ocean Speed Camp will be speed
training at Patriot Field. For three weeks, two work-outs per week,
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6PM - 7:15 PM. The price
per session is $20 or $100 for all session. Session are July 13th,
15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 29th
